[DOMESTIC ORDERS]

FREE Shipping / NO FREE Shipping (2-10 days) for Panama orders $....+
We are happy to provide free shipping / shipping at …. cost for all Panama orders $..... and up! Please understand that this means we are shipping the most basic ……… service, and you should allow 2-#### business days for arrival. Orders are shipped from our store/restaurant/office.

  • All orders are processed 1-2 business days after purchased. Business days are Mondays through Fridays - excluding holidays.
  • Our Store/Restaurant/Office is not responsible for delays due to weather, delivery service, backup, or any other factors not in our control.
  • West Panama and other cities: Please kindly note we are happy to offer free shipping for orders +$...... as well, but you should allow 11 - ### business days for arrival.

Delivery Service

Refund Policy

Should you decide you don't like it, we are happy to refund your order, so long as:

  1. We receive your refund request within ____ days of when you received it via EzMarketz
  2. Product returned is new, and we confirm it is not damaged - please pack well!
  3. You kindly understand you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us + a $____ restocking fee

Please note - this applies only to Panama orders. There are *no* returns allowed for international orders. Please kindly make sure you are aware of all customs or duties that your country may impose.

As much as possible, we encourage you to discover the brands/products/services before purchasing, since items are heavy, costly / service is costly, etc, and shipping them back and forth has a high cost on the environment!

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We stand behind our product quality. If your product is defective or faulty, please contact us (info@ezmarketz.com) with your proof of purchase, and we will arrange for a replacement product. We are happy to replace it for free within ____ days of purchase.

Please understand we will not replace any orders from mis-use of product (water damage, grit inside the product, overexposure to heat, scratched surfaces, substances pushed inside product, etc).

Please also kindly understand you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us, for review. Should the product be deemed faulty, your shipping cost will be refunded.
