Refund Policy
Should you decide you don't like it, we are happy to refund your order, so long as:
- We receive your refund request within ____ days of when you received it via EzMarketz
- Product returned is new, and we confirm it is not damaged - please pack well!
- You kindly understand you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us + a $____ restocking fee

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
We stand behind our product quality. If your product is defective or faulty, please contact us (info@ezmarketz.com) with your proof of purchase, and we will arrange for a replacement product. We are happy to replace it for free within ____ days of purchase.
Please understand we will not replace any orders from mis-use of product (water damage, grit inside the product, overexposure to heat, scratched surfaces, substances pushed inside product, etc).
